PET NAME: Peanut
Peanut is a 20 lb. pug/chihuahua X, although many people believe he is a small, puggle, (pug/beagle X). He has received many months of training to be a Hearing Dog for someone deaf and hard of hearing. He lacks the confidence needed to be an Assistance Dog in places such as the mall, restaurants, etc and can be shy with people he does not know until he has a chance to get to know them. He is crate trained but has good house manners. He is playful and outgoing and will make a family a wonderful companion.
